Local/Regional Focus
We founded our company on the very premise that pathology is best delivered locally or regionally with pathologists and hospitals as valued partners. We are continually seeking to affiliate with additional laboratories or pathology practices that share our vision and would like to accelerate growth, obtain liquidity to address succession and retirement matters, share risk, or better defend their markets against the various aggressive, out-of-state, centralized labs that seek to redirect specimens away to their own "national" laboratories.
