Our vision is to establish a pathologist-centric, hospital-friendly network of laboratories across the U.S. that delivers the highest quality diagnostic information and service to their local or regional healthcare communities.  

We founded our company on the very premise that pathology is best delivered locally or regionally with pathologists and hospitals as valued partners. 

We are continually seeking to affiliate with additional laboratories or pathology practices that share our vision and would like to accelerate growth, obtain liquidity to address succession and retirement matters, share risk, or better defend their markets against the various aggressive, out-of-state, centralized labs that seek to fredirect specimens away to their own "national" laboratories.  

Whether you may be an independent laboratory or a pathology practice affiliated with a hospital, or even a hospital employed pathologist, we may likely have a solution that fits within our operating model. Partnership. Our innovative, industry-first partnership approach allows our partner pathologists to (i) have a liquidity event/sell, (ii) have continued interest/upside to benefit from future growth, (iii) maintain the complexion of their operations, and (iv) preserve their professional independence.

Quality and Service. Most of the laboratories with which we seek to associate already provide quality diagnostic services and exceptional service. We seek to elevate this even further by providing additional tools and resources. From additional technology resources to a broader testing menu, from capital to expertise, our ultmate goal is better healthcare and even more competitive, premier service to our client physicians and their patients.

Growth. In order to accelerate growth, we offer a broad array of services to our partner labs, including senior management support, access to capital for liquidity and growth, strategic planning, powerful sales & marketing support, sophisticated IT resources with proprietary LIS and related tools, operational know-how and enhancements, managed care contracting expertise, and purchasing services.
