with pathologists and hospitals, a nationwide network of leading anatomic
pathology laboratories dedicated to providing premier diagnostic
testing services to their local healthcare communities.
From our inception in early 2008, we introduced a new approach and model to the anatomic pathology market: pathologists are partners and valued members of management in our laboratories while at the same time being independent within their own, self-managed professional practices.
We provide our pathologist partners with liquidity and the means to address business succession and retirement matters. We also provide access to capital for growth, as well as powerful resources, including broader testing menus, sales & marketing, management, IT, contracting, purchasing, and billing.
